The Indian subcontinent covers 3.000.000 square kilometers ranging from the souring Himalayas to the plains, from tropical forests to deserts with the long coastline of glorious beaches. The climate vary from the cool north and temperate southern foothills of the Himalayas to the tropical climate of the western and the southern region.

Our kitchen represents mostly the Bangladeshi,North Indian and Kashmiri dishes which are basically very rich, usually based on nuts, dried fruits, butter and cream. The spices are very delicately blended to bring out the richness of flavors and texture. The dishes are carefully prepared with using fresh ingredients and spices brought from abroad, not just for flavors, but also as appetite simulators and digestives.

Shapla is the name of the national flower of Bangladesh. Bangladeshi food stands out among the regional cuisines of India. Our style uses fresh herbs and Aromatic spices, usually stir-fried for maximum freshness of flavour and variety texture.

We try to preserve the sacred nature of the Bangladeshi hospitality.
